This summer hang a rope around your neck. Braided, corded and rope jewelry are a popular trend for spring. There are many variations in color, shape and hardware, which keep each piece interesting. Not only does the low cost of materials make most of these accessories very affordable and available in many retail stores but a lot of the jewelry is also “eco friendly”.
The unique combination of metal and rope makes these items easy to pair with dressier outfits and other metal accessories.
These colorful accessories fit perfectly with the tribal …

Ok, so there are some aspects of fashion that men and women don’t see eye-to-eye on. Whereas women may like them, for whatever reasons, men don’t.
After a little research, here are some of the unanimous winners in the men’s ‘No-No’ department:
1. Ugg Boots: ‘ugg-ly’ and unflattering.
We totally agree. The only place Ugg boots should be worn is apres-ski, on the slopes.

Los Angeles is time, not distance.
In our complete and unconscious embrace of Einstein, we do not mark distance here so much as time. A trip to Santa Monica from Downtown is thirty minutes without traffic, an hour with. We never talk about the number of miles between the two points, just the time it takes. Most of us don’t even know how far it is.

The attention to detail was apparent in every little element of the installation: from lighting and music, …
